We do not request sensitive or financial personal data.

• Reply to your request and follow up
• Schedule the assessment or meeting you request
• Prepare a service proposal

We do not use your data for any other purpose and we never sell it.

4. Sharing

We do not transfer your data to third parties. We rely on providers that process it on our behalf (the servers hosting this site and our email service), under confidentiality. We would only share it with an authority when required by law.

5. Your rights (ARCO)

You may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition to the processing of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@fluxops.mx with your name, the right you want to exercise and a way to reply to you. We will answer within 20 business days.

6. Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. After that it is deleted.
